Homemade bread from the breadmachine (half white, half brown), mature cheddar, cucumber (organic), vine tomato (organic), spring onion (generic), oregano (dried).

In other words, a sammich. *shrug*

This morning I had a bowl of miso soup with kale, red cabbage, tofu and sesame seeds with a pot of sencha green tea. Breakfast of Japanese champions!

A pot of Yin Hao Jasmine tea, freshly brewed by me, along with a banana and a handful of grapes completed my morning nourishment. The tea was to die for!

On a workday, breakfast is some combination of the following, assuming that Charlie's Convenience Store is open:

Frosted Flakes/Corn Pops/Raisin Nut Bran to go, with, SKIM MILK! :D

banana

Pop Tarts (blueberry or cherry)

cranberry or grape juice

Breakfast sandwich (the bacon and egg on biscuit is the best, but usually sold out)

Now, on days off, I usually have a bowl of bran flakes, with... SKIM MILK!

Bagels? Milk? Let's hear more of what our Lord Jesus Christ has worked in your life, brother.

Marvin, I have been following your audio broadcasts with much interest, and I am disappointed that you have given heed to the ungodly by letting them silence your testimony against Christ. The homosexuals will mock you and try to stop you from speaking in the name of Christ, but don't be intimidated. We serve a mighty God who is bigger than every perversion of Satan.

My flock is praying for you, Marv. Stand strong.
